How to use: A single application will probably be effective in eliminating pain. Wait 5 to 7 minutes after applying.

Contiue using for the entire 21 days even if the discomfort is better! Then only apply as needed. For bruises,one to three applications may be sufficient to eliminate pain and itching completely.

How To Treat Shoulder Pain
If the pain is directly in the shoulder joint and not in neck or arm you may take a small amount of cream and apply directly
to the inside of wrist where you would fasten your watch and spread in a two inch circle then wait 90 seconds and repeat.
If this does not relieve most of your pain in 5 minutes you may then apply to shoulder.
How To Treat Arthritis in Feet and Hands
Feet and hands should be completely covered with MSM Cream. Any and all other areas should be treated by applying directly
to the area that is in pain and spreading slightly outside of affected area. Apply the MSM cream at least two to three
times a day for the first two weeks whether your pain is constant or infrequent. This will reduce inflammation and
swelling and many times will break a chronic pain cycle. Then you may go on an as needed basis
How to treat Sciatic Nerve-
1. Apply Cream to the small of the back and rub in a circle covering
at least a five inch area.
2. Apply cream to the hip bone (located on side of upper thigh about
4 or 5 inches below waist) rub cream in a five inch circle.
3. Connect the area between the small of the back and hip bone with
the product (which should be the top of the buttocks muscle).
BRUISES: Treat immediately and re-apply a few times during the first hour, if you couldn't apply immediately,
